• Research on all causes and organizations of potential interest to the client

• Arrange (and participate) in potential grant recipient site visits as required

• Advise client regarding policies and procedures for effective management

• Processing of all federal and state tax filing requirements (if and as needed)

• Plan and assist with implementation of board meetings

• Represent client with associations and grantees upon client request
